The cooktop includes six Italian-made sealed brass burners with auto-reignition and cooking power ranging from 800 to 20,000 BTUs.

The convection gas oven offers bake, broil, and convection bake modes with a maximum output of 22,000 BTUs. A Horizon-style oven door window provides a large viewing area, and the triple-layer glass door with aluminum mesh seal supports consistent heat retention.

The cooktop is constructed with a one-piece porcelain surface for easier cleaning and heavy-duty cast iron grates for stability. Tubular stainless steel bake and broil burners are designed to support even heat distribution. Two ball-bearing oven racks allow smooth access when handling larger cookware.
