Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the appliance must be in its original condition, unused, uninstalled, and returned with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, parts, and any included components.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

2. Product Arrived Damaged

We recommend inspecting the appliance at the time of delivery and taking clear photos of the packaging and damaged product. This helps us process your return, replacement, or damage claim more efficiently.
3. Incorrect Item Received
If you receive a product that is different from the item you ordered, please contact us. Once verified, we will assist you with returning the incorrect item and arranging the correct product.
4. Significant Appearance or Finish Difference
Product colors, finishes, and stainless steel tones may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturer photography. If the difference is significant, you may request a return within the eligible return period.
5. Change of Mind
If you change your mind or the appliance does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.

Return Shipping Cost
All approved returns are free of return shipping cost. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label by email.

Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend returning the original appliance first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the correct appliance. This helps ensure a faster and smoother exchange process.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. We ship order in 1-2 business days.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after delivery by following our standard return process.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned appliance, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
